A tablet-only version of the Advanced plan is for men who prefer a non-spray application or can't tolerate the spray and are noticing mild to moderate hair loss around the temples and crown. This plan includes prescription medications suitable for those experiencing mild to moderate hair loss. It is suitable for men aged 18-65 years. Usage Hair Loss Tablets: Take one tablet a day with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole – we do not recommend chewing or crushing your tablets. Hair Loss Capsule: The recommended daily dose of our Hair Loss Capsule is 2.5mg (one capsule). Take one tablet a day with or without food. Hair Growth Complex: Take two capsules together daily with a meal as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
